Responsibilities

Spearhead the seamless onboarding and integration of new hires, ensuring a welcoming experience. Coordinate logistics with IT, Admin, and Hiring Managers for a smooth first day.

Actively engage with employees to gauge local sentiment and identify key themes through informal connects. Support the planning and execution of local engagement activities and events that foster collaboration and work-life balance.

Serve as a primary point of contact for routine HR inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed. Champion Iris's culture and values as a local ambassador. Collaborate effectively with HR COE teams and support functions to ensure efficient HR service delivery.

Qualifications

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Require 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a preference for employee engagement or HR operations exposure.

Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building rapport. Bring a friendly, energetic, and proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Exhibit strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in HRIS systems and the MS Office Suite is essential.
