You will collaborate with colleagues from the Boston Consulting Group on national and international projects. Advising clients at all levels, you will play a key role in developing strategies, planning transformations, and designing solutions.

Engage in quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processes to uncover client value potential.

Develop and define functional and technical ERP target architectures for complex IT landscapes, integrating innovative technologies and industry trends.

Manage selection processes for target applications and support the oversight of system integration partners and software solutions.

Collaborate with clients to design and plan global ERP transformation projects, ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels.

Independently prepare project deliverables, including progress reports, workshop materials, and functional/technical concepts.

Evaluate ongoing ERP projects and systems, identifying and implementing improvement measures.

Possess a completed degree in business informatics, business administration with an IT focus, or a related field.

Acquire practical experience in ERP/SAP projects through internships, dual study programs, or student assistant roles.

Demonstrate a strong desire to deepen technical expertise within the SAP/ERP environment.
