The Associate Enrollment & Eligibility Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely management of member enrollment, billing, and eligibility information. This position is key to supporting member access to healthcare services by adhering to all regulatory and business requirements for enrollment transactions.

Key responsibilities include: - Processing new member enrollments and eligibility transactions accurately. - Updating and maintaining member records within internal systems. - Verifying member eligibility and enrollment status for healthcare services. - Managing enrollment changes, corrections, and member data updates efficiently. - Responding to standard inquiries concerning enrollment and eligibility. - Supporting inventory and workflow management activities to ensure smooth operations. - Maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and turnaround times. - Ensuring strict compliance with CMS, regulatory, and business requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need: - A graduate degree in any discipline. - A CAT score of 3.0. - A typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 99% accuracy. - Fundamental computer skills. - Proven exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. - A demonstrated capacity to learn and navigate various applications and systems. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. - The ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. - Flexibility to work from the office and willingness to work night shifts.
