Join our dynamic team as an Associate Director specializing in Workday Planning, contributing to finance transformation and business finance initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and enabling innovation within our enterprise technology landscape.

We seek an individual with a strong background in financial transformation and a passion for leveraging technology to achieve strategic business objectives. The Associate Director will play a key role in shaping and delivering robust financial planning solutions.

Key responsibilities include implementing budgets, forecasts, and reports using Adaptive Planning. You will analyze financial and workforce models, translating complex data into actionable insights within the Adaptive Planning platform. Providing technical guidance on design, modeling, configuration, and troubleshooting for the Adaptive suite is essential. Maintaining proficiency and certification in Adaptive Planning solutions and actively developing/enhancing the product offering are also core duties.

The ideal candidate must possess Adaptive Planning certification and ideally certification in both Adaptive Implementation and Workday Financials. A minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 7 end-to-end implementations of Adaptive Planning, is required. A strong financial or management accounting background, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage timelines effectively are crucial. Excellent communication, business analysis, and problem-solving skills are expected, along with experience in pre-sales activities and proposal development. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud roadmaps and emerging technologies is a plus.
