Key responsibilities include expertly implementing budgets, forecasts, and reports within the Adaptive Planning environment. You will analyze complex financial and workforce models, translating them into actionable insights within Adaptive Planning. This role demands providing technical guidance on design, configuration, and troubleshooting for the Adaptive suite. Maintaining up-to-date proficiency and certification in Adaptive Planning is crucial, alongside developing and enhancing the existing product offering to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.

Ideal candidates will possess a current Adaptive Planning certification and a strong financial or management accounting background. A minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 7 end-to-end Adaptive Planning implementations, is required. A passion for exceptional customer service, the ability to manage timelines effectively, and excellent communication skills are essential. Proficiency in business analysis, requirements gathering, and strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail are also necessary. Experience with pre-sales activities, proposal development, and solution design is highly valued. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud roadmaps and emerging technologies is a plus.
