Join our dynamic Tax Practice as an Associate Director, specializing in Transfer Pricing Advisory, Compliance, APA, and Controversy Management. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation and leadership in solving complex client issues, delivering strategy and implementation from both business and technology perspectives. You will be instrumental in helping clients lead in their competitive markets.

Provide expert advisory services on diverse transfer pricing issues, including business model optimization, Profit Split Method application, specified domestic transactions, and cost allocation arrangements. You will also manage transfer pricing aspects of business restructuring, review inter-company pricing, and advise on potential international transaction exposures. Furthermore, you will assist clients with Advance Pricing Agreements (APA), manage transfer pricing documentation for multinational clients, and handle TP assessments and appeals at various levels. Effectively manage projects, time, and team members, while contributing to the development and promotion of the Deloitte Tax brand through publications and seminars.

We are seeking candidates with a CA or MBA Finance from premier institutes and 8-10 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. Essential skills include strong technical knowledge, analytical prowess, conceptual clarity, innovation, creative thinking, effective communication, and presentation abilities. A solid understanding of business profiles, functions, assets, and risks of clients, along with research and analysis of respective client industries, is crucial. The ability to identify comparable companies using Indian and international databases and familiarity with Form 3CEB preparation are also key.
