Join our Technology & Transformation practice as an Associate Director specializing in TOSCA automation for SAP S/4HANA. This pivotal role is crucial for delivering on automation strategy, ensuring robust scripting, and achieving measurable ROI. You will drive end-to-end automation for S/4 processes, focusing on regression, integration with reporting tools, and demonstrating clear business value.

This position is essential for supporting outcome-based contracts by showcasing efficient scope delivery and seamless integration with the overall testing strategy. Strategize and lead long-term test automation objectives and roadmaps, with a keen focus on S/4HANA E2E business processes, including R2.1 No-change E2Es and low-change scenarios.

Define and own the automation strategy, including the toolset landscape and ways of working, ensuring alignment with overall testing processes and policies. Design and oversee a robust E2E scripting approach centered on business objectives, decoupling dependencies, and ensuring script maintainability. Develop and maintain high-quality automation data sheets and test data strategies, addressing historical data issues.

Enhance and drive automation for regression health checks and dedicated regression cycles. Integrate automation execution and results with qTest for tracking and Power BI for insights and reporting. Articulate automation risks and support issue resolution with relevant teams. Effectively communicate automation status, progress, and value delivered to senior stakeholders and QE leadership.

We seek an Associate Director with over 12 years of experience, demonstrating strong leadership, strategic thinking, and extensive expertise in test automation methodologies and SAP S/4HANA platforms. Deep hands-on experience in S/4HANA testing automation, including E2E business process automation, scripting, maintenance, and regression automation, is essential.

Previous experience in a senior test automation or leadership role within large, complex SAP programs is required, with a proven track record of delivering value, scope, and ROI. Proficiency with automation tools, especially TOSCA Tricentis, and test management/reporting tools like qTest and Power BI, is highly desirable. A strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes and data is key to ensuring effective and valuable automation. Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix environment and coach team members on S/4 specifics is also vital.
