Join our Technology & Transformation practice as an Associate Director, specializing in TOSCA automation for SAP S/4HANA.

This role is crucial for driving our automation strategy, ensuring robust scripting, and delivering measurable ROI within large, complex SAP programs. You will leverage your deep domain knowledge and leadership skills to enhance our capabilities in end-to-end automation, regression testing, and value demonstration.

We are seeking a strategic thinker with extensive experience in test automation methodologies and SAP platforms to guide our team and contribute to the success of outcome-based contracts.

Develop and implement long-term test automation strategies and roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA E2E business processes. Define and manage the automation toolset landscape, including TOSCA Tricentis, and establish effective ways of working. Design and oversee robust E2E scripting approaches focused on business objectives and script maintainability. Develop and maintain high-quality automation data sheets and test data strategies. Drive automation of regression health checks and dedicated regression cycles. Integrate automation execution results with qTest and Power BI for comprehensive tracking and reporting. Communicate automation status, progress, and value delivered to senior stakeholders and QE leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Functional Analysts and Solution Architects. Provide S/4HANA domain expertise and coaching to the automation team. Manage automation-related defects, conducting root cause analysis and implementing prevention initiatives.

A minimum of 12 years of experience in test automation, with strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities. Extensive hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA testing automation, including E2E business process automation, scripting, maintenance, and regression. Proven track record in a senior test automation or automation leadership role within large SAP programs, demonstrating delivery of value and ROI. Proficiency in managing automation and regression testing components: Strategy, Approach, Scripting, Execution, Maintenance, and Defect Management. Experience with automation tools, preferably TOSCA Tricentis, and test management/reporting tools such as qTest and Power BI. Ability to design business-aligned, maintainable automation that addresses data dependencies and script brittleness. Experience in complex ERP programs, particularly those with outcome-based or managed services contracts. A strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes and data. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, CIS, or a related field.
