Join Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as an Associate Director to lead transformative finance initiatives in Bengaluru. This role focuses on leveraging CCH Tagetik to drive enterprise-wide CPM/EPM solutions, aligning with client finance transformation objectives. You will be instrumental in advising senior finance leaders and championing modern finance processes and automation.

As an Associate Director, you will spearhead the overall solution architecture and implementation for financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and various reporting needs. You'll ensure robust, scalable, and secure Tagetik solutions while providing essential project governance. Building strong executive relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, and facilitating key meetings are central to this position. Additionally, you will oversee multiple engagements, manage project financials and resources, and contribute to practice development and business development efforts.

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, possessing over 12 years of experience in Finance Transformation, CPM/EPM, or Financial Systems. A minimum of 6 years of hands-on CCH Tagetik experience is essential, along with a proven history of leading global finance transformation programs and large-scale implementation projects. Preferred qualifications include professional certifications like CA, CPA, CMA, an MBA in Finance, Tagetik certifications, or PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum certifications, along with experience in leading consulting firms and familiarity with IFRS, US GAAP, and ESG reporting.
