You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge PLM solutions, managing all facets of project execution including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end PLM implementation projects, defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria. You will develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets, while meticulously tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.
Manage project governance and lead steering committee meetings, preparing and presenting impactful status reports to leadership and clients. Responsibilities also extend to gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating workshops with cross-functional teams, and translating needs into functional and technical specifications.
Act as the primary liaison for customers and internal teams, managing stakeholder expectations and communication plans effectively. You will facilitate project reviews and manage escalations, while also leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, monitoring utilization, and conducting performance reviews.
A strong foundation in PLM concepts is essential, including Product Structure Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Document Management, and Workflow Management. Experience with leading PLM tools such as Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, or Aras Innovator is required.
Proficiency in project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, alongside skills in Project Planning, Resource Management, Budget Management, Risk Management, Vendor Management, and Stakeholder Management, is crucial. Integration knowledge, particularly with ERP (SAP, Oracle), CAD (NX, CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks), and MES systems, along with an understanding of API and Middleware concepts, is highly valued.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. While not mandatory, PMP, Scrum Master, or Prince2 certifications are preferred. We seek candidates with 8–15+ years of experience in PLM projects and 3–5+ years of dedicated project or program management experience.
