We are seeking an Associate Director to lead high-impact consulting projects. Your expertise will guide clients in optimizing their supply chain operating models, planning, network design, and inventory management. This position is crucial for shaping future-proof operations through strategic advice on infrastructure and technology.

Your contribution will involve rigorous quantitative analysis and strategic collaboration with client leadership. You will mentor junior team members and contribute to thought leadership in supply chain operations and investment trends. This role is key to developing business and ensuring profitable project delivery.

Lead supply chain and operations consulting engagements, focusing on operating models, planning, network design, and optimization.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance client supply chain agility, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

Advise clients on strategic investments in supply chain infrastructure, technology, and capacity expansion.

Conduct quantitative analysis using advanced supply chain modeling and scenario planning.

Collaborate with client leadership to align supply chain strategy with business goals and sustainability initiatives.

Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance culture.

Contribute to knowledge development and thought leadership in supply chain operations.

Support business development, proposal preparation, and client presentations.

Manage multiple parallel projects and ensure project profitability and economic health.

A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles, with a strong interest in client advisory services.

Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management principles, operational processes, and network optimization.

Proven experience in Business Process Re-engineering, covering areas like Source to Procure to Pay and Order to Cash.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with experience engaging senior client stakeholders.

Strong project leadership and team management capabilities, including end-to-end client engagement and program management.

Graduation from a Tier 1 college and an MBA from a premier institute are required.

Exposure to Chemicals, Pharma, and Industrial Goods sectors is preferred, along with familiarity with digital supply chain technologies and sustainability frameworks.

This role requires extensive travel (up to 75% of the month) based on client needs.
