Join our Supply Chain practice as an Associate Director and lead transformative projects across the Plan, Source, and Make domains. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive significant improvements in operational excellence and innovation for our clients.

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead end-to-end supply chain transformations. You will be instrumental in optimizing processes, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency, while building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.

Lead and execute complex supply chain transformation initiatives, focusing on planning, sourcing, and manufacturing.

Drive process enhancements, cost reduction strategies, and operational improvements for clients.

Collaborate with client leadership to shape supply chain strategies and develop actionable roadmaps.

Manage project lifecycles, from diagnostics and solution design to implementation, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Nurture client relationships and provide expert guidance on supply chain matters.

Oversee team performance, fostering talent development and ensuring project success.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, complemented by an MBA from a Tier I or Tier II institute.

Possess 7-12 years of substantial experience in supply chain consulting or relevant industry roles. Prior experience with Big 4 or leading consulting firms is highly advantageous.

Demonstrated hands-on expertise in demand/supply planning, procurement/strategic sourcing, and manufacturing/shopfloor operations is essential.

Core competencies include a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, experience with supply chain transformation and digital initiatives, exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
