As an Associate Director, you will leverage your expertise to guide clients through complex supply chain challenges. Lead and deliver impactful supply chain transformation projects across planning, sourcing, and manufacturing. Drive initiatives focused on process improvement, cost reduction, and boosting operational efficiency for our clients. Collaborate closely with client leadership to establish robust supply chain strategies and actionable roadmaps. Conduct diagnostics, design innovative solutions, and implement leading supply chain practices. Manage client relationships effectively, serving as a trusted advisor on all supply chain matters. Ensure successful project delivery by overseeing timelines, maintaining quality standards, and aligning stakeholders. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of capability enhancement. Actively contribute to business development, including proposal creation, client pitches, and solution development.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 7-12 years in supply chain consulting or industry roles. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA from a Tier I or Tier II institute are essential.

Prior experience with Big 4 or leading consulting firms is highly preferred. You should possess hands-on expertise in demand and supply planning, procurement and strategic sourcing, and manufacturing or shopfloor operations.

Core competencies include a strong grasp of end-to-end supply chain processes, proven experience in supply chain transformation and digital initiatives, excellent stakeholder management, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
