This Associate Director role within the Social sector focuses on Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions, and GPS Industry Solutions. The position is based in Delhi and requires extensive experience in project management and client-facing roles.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with client objectives and operational excellence.

The core responsibilities involve overseeing the complete lifecycle of assigned workstreams, from initial planning and execution through rigorous quality control, ensuring adherence to scope and deadlines. You will act as the main liaison with client counterparts, conducting regular status reviews and proactively identifying and escalating potential risks. Collaboration with other Project Managers and the Project Director is essential for managing interdependencies between different workstreams.

A key aspect of the role includes preparing and delivering comprehensive status reports, findings, and strategic recommendations to both client stakeholders and internal leadership. Ensuring all project deliverables meet client documentation standards, government procurement regulations, and internal quality frameworks is paramount.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Business, Public Policy, or a related field, with a Master's degree being a strong preference. A minimum of 6 to 10 years of professional experience is required, with at least 3 of those years dedicated to project or program management.

Previous experience within government, public sector, or Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) consulting engagements is highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential, particularly the capacity to present effectively to senior client stakeholders. A proven track record of managing teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within set timelines and budgets is critical.
