Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules.

Lead functional and technical workshops to gather stakeholder requirements for asset lifecycle processes, from procurement to retirement.

Translate business needs into detailed technical designs, user stories, workflows, and development tasks.

Design and configure ServiceNow HAM modules, Stockrooms, Procurement, and HAM Pro features.

Implement OOTB best practices for asset discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and CMDB alignment.

Design and configure the ServiceNow SAM module, focusing on License Models, Entitlements, Reconciliation, Normalization, and Software Lifecycle workflows.

Implement SAM Pro features like Publisher Packs, reclamation rules, and compliance calculations.

A strong background in ServiceNow development is essential, with a specific focus on ITOM, ITAM, and GRC.

Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules, including HAM Pro and SAM Pro features, is crucial.

Proficiency in leading stakeholder workshops, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical documentation and development tasks is required.

Familiarity with OOTB best practices for asset discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and CMDB alignment is necessary.
