This position involves supporting the design and conceptualization of critical strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for preparing initial initiative blueprints, concept notes, and leadership presentations. Key duties include developing points of view and progress updates for leadership forums, and conceptualizing executive information reports and dashboards.

Additional responsibilities include cascading strategy messages through various channels, refreshing management reporting processes with new metrics and dashboards, and collating, analyzing, and presenting information for CS leadership. You will also provide insights on plans and performance data, and assist in shaping agendas and building templates for leadership meetings.

A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an MBA from a reputable business school. Candidates should possess 10 to 15 years of prior experience, ideally within a professional services firm in a similar business area.

Experience in a comparable role, such as supporting a CEO, COO, or CFO's strategy office and involvement in business strategy implementation, is highly desirable. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), strong analytical, logical, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills are essential. The role also requires innovation, problem-solving abilities, commitment, attention to detail, and a general awareness of business technology and emerging trends.
