Join our Technology & Transformation practice as an Associate Director, specializing in SAP Testing. This role offers the opportunity to architect and lead testing phases for critical SAP programs. You will be instrumental in defining long-term testing strategies, including test data management and automation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

This position involves defining the overall testing approach, establishing quality benchmarks, and orchestrating testing efforts across multiple project teams. You will also be responsible for defining the testing processes, toolset landscape, and optimal ways of working for each testing phase, aligning with established organizational policies and envisioning future tool migrations.

Architect and oversee SAP testing phases, devising long-term testing objectives, including test data management and automation strategies.

Establish the comprehensive testing approach, develop detailed test plans, set quality standards, and coordinate testing activities across diverse project teams.

Define the testing process, incorporating organizational policies, and strategize the toolset landscape, potentially including migrations from ALM to qTest Test Management.

Shape the working methodologies for each testing phase to align with the defined processes and enable functional analysts through training and tool guidance.

Facilitate a collaborative working group with all stakeholders, conducting regular check-ins with Business, Solution, Data, Deploy, Planning, and ERP teams.

Demonstrate strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, coupled with effective communication and extensive experience in testing methodologies and SAP platforms.

Possess a minimum of 13 years of experience, with a proven track record in program test management or a comparable leadership role.

Have comprehensive knowledge and experience in managing all components of testing delivery, including strategy, approach, planning, scripting, execution, and defect management.

Experience managing the delivery of all testing phases, encompassing functional, performance, automation, and regression testing, is essential.

While desirable, experience with TOSCA Tricentis for automation is a plus. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
