An exciting opportunity exists for an Associate Director, SAP Solution Architect focusing on AI solutions within the Consumer & TMT sectors. This role involves architecting cutting-edge AI solutions leveraging SAP's comprehensive AI stack. You will be instrumental in translating complex business needs into robust technical blueprints and driving innovation through proof-of-concepts and solution design sessions.

Architect end-to-end AI solutions using SAP's Business AI Stack, including S/4Hana embedded AI, Joule, and custom AI on SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, and BTP services. Translate business requirements into technical architecture blueprints, integration designs, and comprehensive solutions. Evaluate and recommend the optimal mix of embedded, Joule, and custom AI approaches based on use case, cost, governance, and scalability. Define data architecture, integration patterns (using SAP Integration Suite, APIs, etc.), and establish a security/governance framework for AI solutions. Lead technical discovery workshops, PoCs, and solution design sessions with customer stakeholders. Provide technical oversight and mentorship to development teams throughout the build and deployment phases.

A minimum of 15 years of overall experience in SAP consulting or architecture, with at least 2 years dedicated to AI/ML or SAP Business AI solutions. Possess strong hands-on expertise in SAP BTP, SAP AI Core/AI Launchpad, Joule, and embedded AI features within S/4HANA. Demonstrated experience with Generative AI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering, alongside enterprise AI Governance. Solid understanding of SAP integration technologies such as Integration Suite, APIs, and event mesh. Proven prior experience architecting solutions through at least one full customer engagement lifecycle. Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills are essential for this role.
