Seeking an experienced Associate Director specializing in SAP SD to lead critical projects in Bengaluru. This role involves driving SAP implementations and providing expert support within the DSA Consumer & TMT sectors. You will be instrumental in enhancing business processes and ensuring seamless SAP operations.

This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage extensive SAP SD knowledge in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA and a proven track record in managing complex SAP projects from initiation to completion.

Lead comprehensive SAP SD module implementations, encompassing all project phases from initial requirements gathering through configuration, rigorous testing, and post-go-live support. Offer direct, hands-on assistance for SAP SD processes, efficiently troubleshooting and resolving any arising issues.

Manage and execute SAP system upgrades and migrations, including transitions from ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA. Master the configuration and administration of various SD sub-modules, such as the OTC Cycle, Credit Management, EDIs, APIs, STOs, Consignment, Revenue Recognition, and specific portals like e-way Bill and IRN. Ensure proficiency in managing Third Party Sales and Logistics execution, including Shipment Costs and integrations with other SAP modules.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and other SAP modules like MM and PP to ensure cohesive process integration. Support teams during crucial data migration and system upgrade initiatives. Analyze existing business processes to pinpoint opportunities for significant optimization and automation. Develop and implement advanced reporting tools, intuitive dashboards, and efficient workflows using SAP's robust functionalities.

Generate and maintain thorough documentation for system configurations, detailed business processes, and user-friendly manuals. Deliver effective training sessions tailored for end-users and business teams, focusing on SAP SD processes and best practices.

A deep understanding of SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA, with a demonstrable specialization in SAP SD modules, is essential. Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in SAP implementation and ongoing support is required.

Possess an in-depth grasp of SAP SD best practices and a proven capacity to independently manage end-to-end SAP projects. Experience in overseeing statutory compliance and generating relevant reports is crucial. Familiarity with data migration techniques, cutover strategies, and SAP tools such as LSMW and BAPI is highly valued.

Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary to thrive in this role. Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects and exposure to advanced SAP tools like FIORI apps and Salesforce are considered preferred qualifications.
