Drive significant growth for the SAP GRC & Security practice by developing innovative service offerings, cultivating client relationships, and enhancing delivery capabilities. This role is pivotal in achieving long-term business objectives through strategic market engagement.

The position involves orchestrating go-to-market strategies, including solution development and thought leadership. You will manage and optimize the SAP GRC & Security portfolio, ensuring it contributes to revenue growth, client success, and market distinction. A key aspect is supporting multi-year practice strategies, aligning sales, delivery, and capability-building initiatives.

Cultivate strong relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CISOs, Risk leaders, and alliance partners, alongside internal leadership teams. Lead governance for strategic client engagements, conducting executive reviews and tracking performance. Drive internal alignment by mobilizing cross-functional teams across consulting, cybersecurity, sales, and delivery functions.

Act as the primary advisor for SAP Security and GRC transformation programs, managing escalations and ensuring global team execution. Support business development and pre-sales activities by identifying opportunities and developing industry-focused solutions. Collaborate with marketing and alliance teams to boost market visibility through campaigns and thought leadership.

Oversee large-scale SAP Security and GRC transformation programs, ensuring delivery excellence and operational efficiency. Provide leadership and mentorship to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture. Key skills include SAP GRC & Security Leadership (AC, Process Control, Risk Management, S/4HANA Security), Practice Management (revenue growth, GTM strategy), Client Advisory (executive engagement, security transformation), and Stakeholder Management (CXO relationships, alliance management).

Proficiency in Delivery & Governance (program leadership, executive reviews), Business Development (pursuits, pre-sales support), Compliance & Risk Management (SoD, ITGC, SOX, GDPR), and Technology Expertise (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori Security, SAP IAG) is essential. Strong People Leadership (team mentoring, capability building) and Program Management (global transformations, multi-account delivery) skills are also required.
