We are seeking an Associate Director with deep expertise in SAP FICO to lead transformative SAP S/4HANA Finance programs for clients in the Consumer Products, Retail, and FMCG sectors. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and enabling innovation in enterprise technology.

As a trusted advisor, you will manage client relationships and collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to drive digital finance transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will span solution design, pre-sales support, proposal development, and client presentations, ensuring successful end-to-end project delivery.

Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs within the Consumer Products, Retail, and FMCG industries. Drive solution design and implementation across key finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and CO-PA. Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring strong governance, quality assurance, and effective risk management. Mentor and lead SAP consulting teams, fostering a culture of success and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (MM, SD, PP, EWM) to deliver integrated business solutions. Support business development by identifying new transformation opportunities and contributing to proposal development.

A minimum of 14 to 18 years of SAP consulting experience with a strong focus on SAP FICO is essential. Proven track record of successfully leading SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and transformation programs. In-depth understanding of Record-to-Report, Financial Accounting, Controlling, Product Costing, Financial Closing, and Management Reporting processes. Experience within the Consumer Products, Retail, or FMCG industry is highly desirable. Demonstrated strength in client engagement, stakeholder management, consulting, and delivery leadership. Familiarity with supporting business development, solutioning, and proposal management. A Graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc (I.T.), B.Sc (Computer Science), B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is required.
