Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team in Bengaluru as an Associate Director, driving innovation and growth through robust enterprise systems. You will be instrumental in leading complex SAP FI/CO implementations and ensuring our financial technology landscape is optimized for performance and compliance.

Spearhead end-to-end SAP FI/CO module implementations, from initial requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and go-live support.

Provide expert hands-on assistance with SAP FI/CO processes, including swift troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Manage SAP system upgrades and migrations, particularly from ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA.

Configure and administer core FI sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO sub-modules (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis).

Design and implement financial reporting tools and dashboards, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

A minimum of 12 years of comprehensive experience in SAP implementation and support is essential, with a strong focus on FI/CO modules within SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA.

Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of finance and accounting principles, ideally complemented by professional qualifications like CA, CPA, or CFA.

Proven capabilities in managing SAP projects independently and a solid grasp of statutory compliance, tax configurations, and financial reporting are expected.

Familiarity with data migration techniques, cutover strategies, and SAP tools such as LSMW, BAPI, and IDOCs is crucial. Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and advanced tools like FIORI apps, CDS views, and embedded analytics is highly advantageous.
