Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as an Associate Director for SAP Data Migration in Bengaluru. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and innovation through robust enterprise technology solutions.

We are seeking a leader to spearhead critical data management initiatives within SAP environments. If you are passionate about transforming data landscapes and enabling strategic growth, this opportunity is for you.

Lead comprehensive data management strategies, encompassing data governance, quality assurance, migration, and master data management (MDM).

Develop and implement data standards and best practices to ensure data integrity, consistency, and regulatory compliance.

Oversee all aspects of data migration, including detailed profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and meticulous cutover planning.

Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical experts to define data requirements and deliver high-impact, scalable data solutions.

This role requires a minimum of 15 years of overall experience, with a strong focus on SAP and Data Migration projects.

You should have participated in at least 5 end-to-end migration projects and led 2-3 as a Migration Lead or Project Lead.

Demonstrated expertise in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing business processes is essential.

Key skills include migration strategy development, data cleansing, data mapping, data validation, and cutover activities.

Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders and independently drive migration initiatives is a must.
