Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as an Associate Director, driving innovation and long-term growth through robust enterprise integration strategies. You will leverage SAP Integration Suite to build sophisticated integration solutions that connect SAP S/4HANA with leading cloud platforms and third-party applications.

This role is pivotal in modernizing our integration architecture, migrating from legacy systems to cloud-native solutions. You will manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal project delivery.

Define and implement the enterprise integration strategy and roadmap using SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Open Connectors, Event Mesh). Establish strong integration governance, development standards, best practices, and security policies. Lead the architectural modernization by migrating from SAP PI/PO to cloud-native architectures. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent integration projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and quality completion. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex architectural challenges and critical production issues. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and licensing. Architect intricate B2B, A2A, and B2G integration scenarios connecting SAP S/4HANA with cloud ecosystems like Salesforce, Workday, SuccessFactors, Azure, and AWS.

A minimum of 12+ years in IT enterprise integration, with at least 6+ years focused on SAP CPI/SAP Integration Suite. 3-5 years of formal management or leadership experience, guiding cross-functional teams. Deep expertise in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), SAP API Management, SAP Event Mesh, and SAP BTP. Proficiency in integration protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, SOAP, REST, SFTP, IDoc, OData, EDI) and formats (XML, JSON). Strong development skills in Groovy Scripts, JavaScript, and XSLT mapping within CPI. Proven experience in leading SAP PI/PO to SAP CPI migration strategies. Solid understanding of enterprise security models (OAuth, SAML, SSL/TLS) and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on business outcomes. Experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) is essential. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is required.
