Spearhead the delivery of SAP CO solutions, leading transformation initiatives and support engagements for global clients. Define strategic SAP CO roadmaps and drive S/4HANA Finance and Controlling transformations.

Lead end-to-end SAP CO implementations, including cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing, COPA, and material ledger. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Manage large-scale global SAP delivery programs, overseeing planning, budgeting, and risk management. Ensure timely and budget-compliant project execution.

Engage with senior finance and business leaders, translating requirements into effective technology solutions. Present findings and strategies at executive levels.

Lead and mentor SAP CO teams, focusing on capability development and fostering a high-performance culture. Support talent acquisition and development initiatives.

A minimum of 12-18 years of comprehensive SAP experience, with at least 8-10 years specifically focused on SAP CO and in leadership roles. Possess deep expertise in SAP CO processes, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and proven ability to lead large teams.

Demonstrated experience in leading strategic initiatives, solution architecture, and driving operational excellence. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling transformations is essential.

Key technical skills include hands-on expertise in SAP CO modules such as Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA, Profit Center Accounting, Material Ledger, and Cost Object Controlling. Strong understanding of Finance and Management Accounting processes is also required.

Additional technical knowledge in SAP Fiori, integration with SAP FI, MM, SD, PP, PS, and an understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or BW/4HANA are beneficial. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology is preferred.
