Seeking an experienced Associate Director with extensive SAP Controlling (CO) expertise to lead transformation programs and strategic initiatives for a global client base. This role involves driving functional excellence and innovation within enterprise technology, focusing on SAP solutions that align with business objectives and financial governance.

As a leader in SAP CO, you will guide solution delivery, manage complex transformation projects, and foster a culture of operational excellence. Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize SAP Controlling solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial standards.

Define and execute the SAP CO roadmap and transformation strategy, driving SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling initiatives. Lead end-to-end SAP CO implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects, ensuring scalability across various modules like Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, COPA, and Material Ledger. Manage large-scale global SAP delivery programs, overseeing planning, budgeting, risk, and governance to ensure timely and budget-compliant project execution. Engage with senior finance and business leaders to translate requirements into effective technology solutions and present findings at executive levels. Lead and mentor a team of SAP CO consultants, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting talent development.

Requires 12-18 years of SAP experience, with a minimum of 8-10 years dedicated to SAP CO in leadership capacities. Essential skills include deep expertise in SAP CO modules such as Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA, Profit Center Accounting, Material Ledger, and Cost Object Controlling. A strong understanding of Finance and Management Accounting processes, along with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling experience, is mandatory.

Additional technical knowledge in SAP Fiori applications, integration with SAP FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS is important. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and leadership skills in executive stakeholder management, team leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen are critical. Preferred qualifications include an MBA Finance, CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent, along with SAP certifications.
