This role focuses on spearheading large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling transformation programs for global clients. You will serve as a key subject matter expert and functional leader, guiding complex Controlling requirements and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.

We are seeking a visionary leader to shape SAP CO solution architecture, ensuring scalability, standardization, and alignment with best practices. Your expertise will be crucial in integrating SAP CO with other enterprise applications and driving global template design, from workshops to post-go-live support.

Lead global SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling transformation programs, acting as a senior SAP CO subject matter expert.

Oversee multidisciplinary teams, own the SAP CO solution architecture, and ensure adherence to SAP S/4HANA best practices and methodologies.

Provide expertise across key SAP CO areas, drive global template design, and manage program delivery, including scope, timelines, quality, and risks.

Act as the senior escalation point for complex issues, build strong client relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor for Finance and Controlling transformation strategies.

Lead executive-level engagements, support business development activities, and contribute to practice growth through delivery standards and reusable assets.

A minimum of 12 years of SAP experience, with extensive expertise in SAP CO/Controlling and SAP S/4HANA Finance, is essential.

Proven success in leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, global rollouts, and Finance transformation programs is required.

Deep functional knowledge in core SAP CO areas and strong understanding of SAP FI-CO integration and SAP S/4HANA Finance architecture are critical.

Hands-on experience with SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard, Global Template, and Clean Core approaches, alongside demonstrated solution architecture and program governance skills, are expected.

Strong client engagement, executive communication, and pre-sales experience are also vital. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
