Lead global SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling transformation programs, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery. Serve as a senior SAP CO subject matter expert, providing strategic direction on complex requirements. Oversee SAP CO solution architecture, ensuring scalability and alignment with best practices. Drive global template design, localization, testing, and post-go-live stabilization. Manage program delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, and resources. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.

Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client demonstrations. Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to new SAP solution offerings. Mentor senior SAP CO consultants and contribute to practice growth by establishing delivery standards and best practices.

A minimum of 12 years of overall SAP experience, with extensive specialization in SAP CO/Controlling and SAP S/4HANA Finance, is essential. Proven experience in leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations and global Finance transformation programs is required. Deep functional expertise across key SAP CO areas, including Product Costing, CO-PA, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Material Ledger, is critical. Strong knowledge of SAP FI-CO integration and SAP S/4HANA Finance architecture, including Universal Journal (ACDOCA), is necessary.

Experience with SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard, Global Template, and Clean Core approaches is vital. Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and strong client engagement skills are key. Experience in SAP pre-sales, solutioning, estimation, and business development is also a requirement. A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
