As an Associate Director, you will spearhead SAP ABAP delivery for various engagements including implementations, rollouts, migrations, and AMS. This involves architecting technical solutions, managing end-to-end delivery of RICEFW objects, and leading S/4HANA development using advanced technologies. You'll collaborate extensively with functional teams, ensuring adherence to SAP standards, and oversee code quality, security, and performance. Additionally, you will manage integrations, support S/4HANA transformations, and lead project planning and client interactions. A key aspect of this role is mentoring and developing the SAP ABAP technical team.

We are seeking candidates with 9-12 years of extensive SAP ABAP development experience, including significant exposure to S/4HANA. A minimum of 3 years in a technical leadership or management capacity is essential. Proficiency in Object-Oriented ABAP, RICEFW objects, and S/4HANA development technologies like CDS Views, AMDP, and RAP is required. Experience with SAP integrations via APIs, SAP CPI/Integration Suite, and a solid understanding of technical architecture and development lifecycle are crucial. Strong project governance, estimation, and stakeholder management skills are expected. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with Fiori/UI5, BTP, or DevOps practices are highly valued.
