Lead the strategic design, business case development, and delivery oversight for Project Zenith, a UK compliance monitoring transformation program. Define the vision, secure stakeholder alignment, and deliver data, dashboarding, and AI-enabled capabilities to enhance risk oversight, compliance monitoring, and management reporting. You will also support the development of High-Risk Dashboard capabilities for the broader business.

This role requires strategic program and transformation leadership, expertise in risk, regulatory, and compliance management, and a strong understanding of AI, data, and analytics strategy. You will need experience in dashboarding, management information, risk intelligence, business case development, and investment planning. Proven ability in executive stakeholder engagement, influencing, product ownership, and requirements management is crucial. Experience in cross-functional leadership, global delivery, vendor management, governance, prioritisation, benefits realisation, and change management is also essential. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills are a must.
