The Technical Project Manager - Embedded Systems will steer end-to-end execution of intricate embedded software development programs. Success in this role hinges on a robust blend of technical acumen, project leadership, effective stakeholder management, and adept agile delivery capabilities.

Own and drive the comprehensive execution of embedded software development projects from inception to delivery. Lead crucial activities including project planning, execution, monitoring, and final delivery.

Effectively manage project scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation. Foster collaboration with engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality embedded software solutions.

Conduct technical reviews, oversee project governance, and manage stakeholder communications. Maintain and prioritize software backlogs in close partnership with development teams. Ensure project transparency regarding progress, dependencies, issues, and risks.

Monitor project health using Agile metrics and key delivery KPIs. Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning sessions. Align technical implementations with overarching business objectives and promptly resolve critical project issues.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or a related field is required. Bring a minimum of 15 years of overall experience in software engineering and project management.

Demonstrate proven success in managing complex embedded software development programs. Possess a strong technical understanding of embedded systems, embedded software development, embedded C programming, real-time systems, and industrial control systems.

Experience across the complete product development lifecycle is essential.
