Maintain comprehensive RAID logs and actively coordinate mitigation strategies for risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies.

Ensure strict adherence to project scope, timelines, quality standards, and established governance requirements for successful delivery.

Standardize PMO tools, templates, methodologies, and reporting practices to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Lead PMO teams and ensure robust alignment between program execution and strategic business outcomes.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.

Demonstrate significant experience in PMO, project, or program management, ideally within complex transformation initiatives.
