Join our team as an Associate Director in Project Management, focusing on Sustainability & Emerging Assurance in Mumbai. This role involves cultivating strong client relationships and exceeding expectations.

Your primary focus will be on monitoring and updating compliance repositories by tracking significant legal and regulatory changes in India and internationally. You will play a key role in advising clients on their compliance obligations.

This position offers a dynamic environment where you'll develop compliance manuals, leverage automated compliance management tools, and act as a central point of contact for client queries regarding legal updates and compliance management.

Track and analyze significant changes in Indian and international laws and regulatory amendments for compliance repositories.

Conduct regulatory research to identify applicable regulations and compliance requirements, advising clients on their obligations.

Develop comprehensive manuals detailing compliance obligations for clients' business operations.

Utilize and support updates for automated compliance management tools, demonstrating understanding of client compliance repositories.

Analyze client business and generic compliance structures, resolving queries on new legal updates.

A graduate degree with an LLB is mandatory, and an LLM, CS, or other equivalent certification relevant to Compliance is highly preferred.

Requires a minimum of 9 years of experience in the Legal & Compliance domain.

Possesses strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and statutory compliance requirements.

Demonstrates the ability to interpret legislation and translate legal provisions into practical operational guidance.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Must be adept at tracking and analyzing regulatory developments to provide timely updates.
