Lead the governance, coordination, and acceleration of diverse ERP initiatives. This role ensures projects adhere to top-tier project management practices, align with corporate objectives, and deliver significant business value while maintaining stringent quality, risk, and financial oversight.
Focus on defining and enforcing PMO frameworks, methodologies, and tools for Power Platform projects, including Agile and hybrid approaches. Establish robust standards for solution architecture, documentation, testing, and deployment pipelines. Conduct regular health checks and stage-gate reviews for all initiatives.
Maintain a comprehensive Power Platform project portfolio, meticulously tracking scope, schedule, resources, and benefits. Prioritize requests based on business impact, resource availability, and strategic alignment. Deliver executive dashboards and insights using tools like Power BI for project status, risks, and ROI.
Develop detailed project plans, acceptance criteria, and milestones in collaboration with product owners, solution architects, and delivery teams. Monitor project progress, manage change requests effectively, and ensure timely issue resolution. Facilitate key agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring clear stakeholder communication.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies within the Power Platform ecosystem, addressing challenges related to licensing, data security, and integration. Maintain an issue log and drive the implementation of corrective actions.
Coordinate resource allocation across development, citizen-developer, and support teams. Track project budgets meticulously, forecast expenditures, and ensure strict adherence to finance policies. Oversee testing strategies and ensure solutions meet all governance, security, and compliance standards. Serve as the primary liaison between business sponsors, IT, and external vendors, providing clear status reports and executive summaries.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree being preferred. A minimum of 12 years of project/program management experience is essential, including at least 5 years specifically in ERP implementation.
Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and/or hybrid project management frameworks is crucial. Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps/Planner, and Jira is necessary.
Understanding of low-code/no-code development, data modeling (Dataverse), integration patterns (APIs, connectors), and governance models for citizen development is expected. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical abilities are vital for working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
