Seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead project management initiatives within our Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions division. This role is pivotal for driving business development and ensuring successful project delivery across diverse market segments including government, private sector, and international geographies.

This position offers an opportunity to manage a significant portfolio of delivery projects, directly contributing to client engagement objectives. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring project execution teams, enhancing their capabilities in client management, project management, and business development.

Your expertise will guide project delivery teams in strengthening their execution strategies and ensuring high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in leading capital/CAPEX projects and a strong ability to drive business growth and team performance.

- Support business development activities across government, private sector, and international markets. - Manage a portfolio of delivery projects to meet client engagement objectives. - Mentor project execution teams in client management, project management, and business development skills. - Guide project delivery teams on strengthening project execution and outcomes.

- Minimum 15 years of experience with a proven track record in leading or executing capital/CAPEX projects. - Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and lead teams effectively. - Solid understanding of Digital capital projects. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent. - Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent postgraduate degree is required. - Based in Delhi CEC, IN.
