Join our dynamic team as an Associate Director specializing in Procurement Cloud. As a key member of our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) group, you will contribute to solutions that go beyond maintaining operations, actively enabling long-term growth and strategic advantages through technology. This position is based in Mumbai.

Key responsibilities include implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS Procurement modules such as Purchasing (PO), iProcurement, and Sourcing. You will manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, translating business requirements into effective Oracle EBS solutions. Configuration tasks involve purchasing options, approval hierarchies, requisition and purchase order types, buyers, suppliers, and sourcing rules.

Further duties involve integrating Procurement with modules like Inventory (INV), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL). You will prepare essential functional documentation, conduct unit and system testing, and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployment. Collaboration with technical teams on RICEFW objects and troubleshooting procurement, approval, and supplier issues are also crucial aspects of this role. Ensuring compliance with internal controls and providing end-user training are also part of the scope.

We are seeking candidates with over 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Procurement modules and a strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay business processes. Experience with Oracle EBS R12 is preferred, along with knowledge of approvals management (AME), workflows, and security roles. Familiarity with multi-org environments is essential.
