Join our dynamic Assurance team as an Associate Director, playing a pivotal role in PMO strategy and implementation for significant government and private sector capital programs. This position offers the opportunity to drive functional excellence and innovation within a growing field.

You will be instrumental in advising clients on robust governance frameworks, project controls, and performance metrics. Furthermore, you will champion digital transformation by leveraging advanced tools such as Primavera, MS Project, Power BI, and ERP integrations.

Lead the strategic direction and execution of PMO initiatives for large-scale capital programs. Provide expert client advisory on governance, project controls, and performance measurement. Drive digital adoption through key project management and data analytics tools. Manage and develop diverse, cross-functional teams across global locations and service lines, fostering a culture of high performance. Cultivate strong relationships with Partners and Directors to define and execute go-to-market strategies. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leading proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations. Represent the firm as a thought leader at industry forums and contribute to market insights.

A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in capital projects, infrastructure consulting, or project management is essential. Demonstrated success in leading PMO functions for major capital programs is required. A solid understanding of project controls, risk management principles, and digital project management tools is crucial. Experience within a Big 4 or top-tier consulting firm is highly preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is necessary, with an MBA or PMP certification being advantageous.
