We are seeking a visionary leader with extensive expertise in Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM). Your role will be pivotal in steering large-scale transformation programs, fostering practice development, driving solution innovation, and spearheading business growth initiatives. As an Associate Director, you will be instrumental in defining ALM strategies, leading complex client engagements, and cultivating high-performing consulting teams.

Shape and execute the ALM consulting strategy and its growth roadmap. Develop innovative market offerings, accelerators, and strategic partnerships. Lead business development efforts, including pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and executive presentations. Cultivate strong, trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders. Provide executive governance and delivery oversight for large-scale global implementation and transformation programs. Ensure superior solution quality, effective risk management, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Drive cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives. Establish robust ALM architecture and technology roadmaps. Champion the adoption of cutting-edge solutions, including GenAI, Agentic AI, Digital Twins, Predictive Maintenance, IoT, and Intelligent Automation. Define innovation strategies leveraging emerging AI technologies like Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and IBM watsonx. Build and scale ALM consulting practice capabilities. Mentor and develop managers, architects, and senior consultants. Support recruitment, talent development, and succession planning efforts.

A minimum of 10-18 years of experience in Asset Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Asset Management, Facilities Management, or IWMS consulting is essential. Proven track record of leading enterprise transformation programs across diverse industries. Deep understanding of ALM business processes, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation principles. Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills are required. Demonstrated success in practice building, sales support, and driving business growth. Expertise in cloud technologies, AI, analytics, integration, and modernization programs. Experience managing large consulting teams and multi-million-dollar programs. An MBA or equivalent business leadership qualification is expected. Experience working with global clients across sectors such as Manufacturing, Utilities, Energy, Facilities, Infrastructure, Real Estate, or the Public Sector is highly desirable.
