Seeking a seasoned Associate Director with extensive experience in Oracle EPM FCCS to lead finance transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving business finance strategies within our Bengaluru office. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis systems.

Lead and execute a minimum of 8 end-to-end Oracle EPM FCCS implementations.

Develop and implement solutions for statutory reporting, management reporting, multi-GAAP, IFRS, CbCr, allocations, and intercompany eliminations.

Design and manage FCCS/HFM rules, metadata, security, user groups, and provisioning.

Build and maintain integrations between FCCS, ERP, and HCM systems using Data Management or FDMEE.

Requires 9-12 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM FCCS and HFM.

Proficiency in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Financial Close Management (FCM), FDMEE, Smart View, and Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFR) is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in functional EPM aspects, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting, is mandatory.

Strong ability to write, amend, and understand the impact of FCCS/HFM rules and metadata is critical. Experience with writing Business Rules, Calc Scripts, and Calc Manager rules is required.
