As a key member of our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) practice, you will leverage your expertise to guide clients through complex financial transformations. This is an opportunity to shape the future of enterprise technology and make a significant impact on our clients' businesses.

Lead comprehensive Oracle EPM lifecycle management, including implementations, enhancements, and transformation projects. Provide expert solution architecture and technical leadership across the EPM suite, encompassing Essbase, PBCS, FCCS, and more. Develop and optimize complex calculation scripts and integration processes, driving automation to streamline operations. Conduct business requirement workshops to translate needs into scalable EPM solutions, ensuring seamless project delivery from planning to production support.

Act as a senior client advisor, leading solution discussions and technical walkthroughs. Manage multiple EPM workstreams, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Mentor and guide EPM consultants and technical teams, establishing robust development, testing, and governance standards. Drive Oracle EPM Cloud migration initiatives and collaborate closely with stakeholders to align EPM solutions with business objectives. Contribute to EPM Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives and support pre-sales activities for new opportunities.

Proven experience in leading end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations and transformations. Expertise in designing and reviewing Essbase applications, dimensional models, and business rules. Strong command over EPM integrations using Data Management, FDMEE, ODI, and EPM Automate. Demonstrated ability to lead performance tuning and troubleshooting of EPM applications. Experience in conducting business requirement workshops and translating them into technical solutions is essential. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage scope, timelines, and resources effectively. A senior client-facing advisory role requires strong communication and leadership capabilities, including mentoring junior team members and establishing development standards.

Experience in driving Oracle EPM Cloud migration and modernization is highly desirable. A solid understanding of Finance, Business, IT, and Infrastructure alignment is crucial. Ability to manage production incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and coordinate with Oracle Support is expected. Contribution to EPM CoE initiatives and support for business development, including RFP responses, are key aspects of this role. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement through automation and adoption of emerging Oracle EPM capabilities.
