You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our supply chain operations through expert implementation and optimization.

This position offers a significant opportunity to lead and mentor a team, contributing directly to the success and growth of our organization. We are seeking a seasoned professional to guide our Oracle Cloud ERP SCM initiatives.

Spearhead the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Supply Chain Planning, Procurement Cloud, Supply Chain Execution, Order Management, Product Lifecycle Management, and Supply Chain Financial Orchestration. You will ensure seamless integration with business requirements and industry best practices, overseeing configuration, testing, and end-to-end process support for manufacturing and costing.

Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to integrate manufacturing and costing functionalities. Conduct workshops to define requirements, identify challenges, and design impactful solutions. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively, while providing leadership and knowledge transfer to team members and stakeholders. Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot complex issues within Oracle Fusion applications.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in end-to-end Supply Chain Management is essential, with at least 7 years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud. Demonstrate strong proficiency across key SCM functions such as Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Order Management, Pricing, Product Information Management, and Quality Management. Proven hands-on configuration experience is a must.

Exceptional project management capabilities, including team leadership and timeline management, are required. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and prior client-facing experience. While not mandatory, Oracle certifications in SCM-related areas are highly preferred.
