This senior leadership role is for a Strategic Analytics Leader with profound expertise in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). The primary focus is on spearheading enterprise-wide data and analytics transformations. You will guide comprehensive FDI implementations, cultivate client relationships, and deliver significant business value through cutting-edge analytics, AI/ML insights, and informed decision-making.

You will be instrumental in leading the complete implementation of Oracle FDI across ERP, HCM, and SCM sectors. A key aspect of this role involves defining and executing an enterprise data and analytics strategy that aligns perfectly with overarching business objectives. This includes setting up analytics environments from inception through to deployment and ongoing optimization.

Serve as a senior client-facing leader, engaging directly with C-suite executives and steering strategic projects. You'll manage extensive, high-value programs, taking full ownership of delivery and P&L. Additionally, foster business expansion by identifying new avenues and enhancing existing analytics capabilities. Establish robust governance frameworks, set data standards, and ensure compliance processes are meticulously followed.

A minimum of 15 years in Data & Analytics is essential, with a strong emphasis on Oracle FDI expertise. Demonstrated success in enterprise-wide analytics transformation programs is crucial. You must possess significant client-facing experience, including effective engagement with C-level stakeholders. Proficiency in Oracle Fusion analytics (ERP, HCM, SCM) and familiarity with OBIEE, Oracle Analytics, or Oracle Cloud technologies are required.
