Seeking a seasoned Associate Director to lead our Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Fusion practice. This role demands deep technical proficiency in OIC and related Oracle technologies, complemented by a solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, SCM, HCM, CX).

This position offers a dynamic blend of technical direction, solution design, project oversight, and client collaboration. You will steer Oracle Cloud integration projects, champion architectural excellence, mentor technical talent, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.

Provide technical leadership and architect cutting-edge Oracle Cloud integration solutions using OIC, ensuring scalability and security.

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion implementation and integration projects, managing risks, budgets, and timelines.

Engage with clients through workshops and discovery sessions, support RFP responses, and lead solution presentations and demonstrations.

A minimum of 15-20 years of IT experience is required, with substantial hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Candidates should possess a strong grasp of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and experience in designing and implementing Oracle Fusion integrations via REST APIs, SOAP services, FBDI, and file-based methods.

Proficiency in BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JSON, XSLT, and web service technologies is essential. Prior experience leading technical teams and delivering Oracle Cloud programs, along with strong analytical and communication skills, is expected.
