Develop comprehensive AI strategies across business units, managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring CXO alignment. Lead large-scale innovation forums from ideation through implementation, focusing on AI deployment and appropriate metric conceptualization. Drive execution readiness for AI-first initiatives and reimagine current processes with AI.
Foster collaboration among operations, transformation, data, AI, and technology teams. Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and business directives, including flexible work arrangements and team assignments.
A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is required, along with a Project Management certification or an MBA from a top-tier institution. Requires a minimum of 10 years of work experience, with a strong background in emerging technologies like automation, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Artificial Intelligence.
Demonstrated experience in managing innovation forums, building AI strategies, and engaging with leadership stakeholders. Proficient in program management, including transformation roadmaps for AI/ML/Gen AI, and deploying cutting-edge technologies and automations. Proven ability in change management, with excellent communication and presentation skills, is essential for this role.
