Join our Enterprise Technology and Performance (ET&P) team as an Associate Director, specializing in OpenText xECM. You will play a crucial role in driving technological excellence and innovation within our organization. This position focuses on leveraging enterprise technology to enhance functional capabilities and support long-term growth, moving beyond mere operational maintenance.

Design, develop, and maintain robust solutions using OpenText Content Server (OTCS/OTCM) and xECM for SAP. You will extensively work with xECM APIs, REST APIs, and AnswerModules to build and integrate solutions. Developing custom AnswerModules and API-based integrations, along with supporting integration tools like Kafka, Talend, Control-M, webMethods, and RPA tools, will be key. Collaboration with business and technical teams to architect scalable solutions and troubleshoot application-level issues are also essential parts of this role.

We are seeking an experienced OpenText Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge of OpenText Content Server (OTCS), xECM APIs, and integration technologies. A development-oriented background with practical experience in APIs, AnswerModules, and enterprise integrations is crucial. Minimal involvement in infrastructure activities is preferred. Proficiency in OpenText Stack, integration tools, programming languages like Java and SQL, and Unix/Linux environments is required. Familiarity with API development and consumption is also necessary.
