Join our team as an Associate Director, focusing on Finance Transformation and Business Finance within the Enterprise Technology & Services domain at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP. This role is integral to driving functional excellence and enabling innovation through robust enterprise technology solutions.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to design, configure, and implement OneStream applications, ensuring they align seamlessly with business requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and maintaining critical application components, including metadata, dimensions, workflows, business rules, and security models. You will also be responsible for creating essential reporting tools like Cube Views, dashboards, and data management solutions, while actively participating in solution architecture discussions and promoting best practices. Furthermore, you will support ongoing application upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives to maintain peak performance.

Take ownership of financial consolidation and reporting processes, configuring intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and ownership management. Develop impactful financial reports and management reporting solutions to support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of consolidated financial data.

Spearhead the design and implementation of budgeting, forecasting, and planning solutions, supporting scenario planning, driver-based planning, and variance analysis. Collaborate with FP&A teams to streamline planning processes and develop robust reporting and analytics for informed business decision-making.

Design and configure essential integrations between OneStream and ERP/source systems, building and supporting Data Management sequences and automated data load processes. Troubleshoot data reconciliation and integration challenges, driving automation and process improvements across finance operations.

Effectively gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, conducting workshops and design sessions. Serve as a trusted advisor to finance and business users, providing essential training and knowledge transfer, and supporting UAT activities and deployment planning.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required. Possess 5-8 years of experience with EPM/CPM platforms, with a significant focus on OneStream.

Demonstrate hands-on experience in delivering OneStream implementation or support projects. Your strong knowledge should encompass Financial Consolidation, Financial Close, Planning & Forecasting, Budgeting, and Management Reporting. A solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, coupled with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, is essential for success in this role.
