Join our dynamic team as an Associate Director, specializing in Oracle OFSAA ERM. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and innovation within the enterprise technology landscape, particularly for the financial services sector.
We are seeking a seasoned professional to play a key role in the implementation and support of Oracle AFCS, leveraging deep functional expertise in banking products, general ledger, and accounting. Prior experience within the OFSAA domain and the financial services industry is highly advantageous.
This position offers a significant opportunity to contribute to critical regulatory and financial initiatives, requiring a blend of technical acumen and strong business understanding.
Key responsibilities include analyzing RBI RBS guidelines and translating regulatory requirements into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications (FRD). You will be responsible for detailed data mapping across various banking systems and building field-level mapping documentation.
Configuration of RBS tranche templates, definition of calculation logic for RWA, CAR, IRRBB, LCR, and NSFR, and implementing validation rules are core duties. You will also define and implement data quality frameworks, reconciliation processes, and support the end-to-end system implementation lifecycle.
Furthermore, this role involves designing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating regulatory calculations, and ensuring data completeness and accuracy. Effective stakeholder management and collaboration with Risk, Finance, and Technology teams are essential, acting as a liaison between business and IT.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. Essential functional expertise includes a strong understanding of RBI RBS/SPARC reporting, Basel II/III frameworks, and ALM/IRRBB/Liquidity risk.
Technical proficiency is required, including strong data analysis skills, preferably with SQL, and an understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and regulatory reporting systems. Business analysis skills such as BRD/FRD documentation, data mapping, gap analysis, and UAT planning are crucial.
Prior experience in regulatory reporting implementation (RBS/Basel) is highly preferred. A strong background in the Banking/Financial Services domain will be a significant asset. Key success metrics will revolve around timely implementation, accuracy of submissions, automation of processes, and successful audit validations.
