Join our team as an Associate Director specializing in OFSAA ERM in Mumbai. This pivotal leadership role focuses on driving large-scale transformation programs for banking clients, leveraging deep expertise in Risk Analytics, Regulatory Reporting, Basel III/IV, and IFRS 9. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through complex financial risk and regulatory challenges.

Lead end-to-end OFSAA implementations and optimization initiatives for Basel and IFRS 9 frameworks. Serve as a key advisor to senior stakeholders on regulatory and risk transformation. Drive solution architecture, functional design, and delivery governance. Ensure accuracy in capital computation, provisioning, and regulatory reporting by translating complex requirements into system logic. Manage client relationships, coordinate with various teams, and mentor junior staff.

We seek candidates with over 9 years of experience in Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, or Banking Consulting. Essential hands-on experience with OFSAA implementations, particularly Basel and IFRS 9 modules, is required. A strong understanding of Basel III/IV (RWA, credit risk) and IFRS 9 (ECL modelling) is crucial. Proven experience leading large transformation programs, robust data architecture knowledge, SQL proficiency, and excellent leadership and communication skills are vital. A CA, MBA (Finance), FRM, or CFA qualification is preferred.
