Join our dynamic team in Mumbai as an Associate Director, specializing in OFSAA ERM. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and innovation within enterprise technology. You will be instrumental in managing regulatory requirements and ensuring the integrity of financial data, contributing to long-term growth and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will encompass thorough analysis of RBI RBS (SPARC) guidelines and Data Capture Templates, translating regulatory mandates into detailed Business and Functional Requirement Documents. You will meticulously map data across various banking systems, build comprehensive data lineage documentation, and configure RBS tranche templates. Crucially, you will define calculation logic for key regulatory metrics, implement validation rules, and support the entire system implementation lifecycle. Furthermore, you will establish data quality frameworks, design and execute UAT test cases, and act as a vital bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication with risk, finance, and technology stakeholders.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, possessing a strong understanding of RBI RBS/SPARC reporting, Basel II/III frameworks (RWA, CAR, LCR, NSFR), and ALM/IRRBB/Liquidity risk. Proficiency in data analysis, particularly with SQL, is essential. Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and regulatory reporting systems is beneficial. Strong business analysis skills, including BRD/FRD documentation, data mapping, gap analysis, and UAT planning, are required. Prior experience in regulatory reporting implementation (RBS/Basel) and a background in the Banking/Financial Services domain are highly advantageous.
