This Associate Director role is part of the National Markets team, specifically within the CBS - C&I - BD & CE Leadership division in New Delhi.

Drive revenue growth and client engagement by supporting account teams with critical market insights and strategic initiatives. Leverage EY methodologies, tools, and programs to ensure consistent identification and alignment of services with client needs. Facilitate meaningful client conversations by utilizing the latest EY insights and solutions to generate additional value. Focus on understanding client businesses and positioning SAP-led solutions for enterprise technology and digital transformation services.

A minimum of 15 years of extensive experience is required. Candidates must possess a Graduate or Postgraduate qualification, ideally an MBA from premier institutions such as IIMs, XLRI, ISB, or equivalent B-Schools, along with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or a related field. Essential skills include strong communication, business acumen, relationship management, and a passion for technology consulting and enterprise sales. The ability to collaborate across client departments, solve complex problems with practical solutions, and demonstrate agility, curiosity, and adaptability is crucial.
